Chris brings a background in enterprise technology, customer service, and service delivery to JK Home Loans, where he applies the same problem-solving mindset to helping people navigate the mortgage process.
After years of working with customers in complex, high-pressure environments, Chris understands that communication matters just as much as finding the right solution. His approach is straightforward: listen first, explain the options clearly, stay accessible, and keep everyone informed from application through closing.
Based in Northwest Arkansas, Chris is focused on building long-term relationships with homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, builders, and investors throughout the region. Whether someone is buying their first home, moving up, refinancing, purchasing an investment property, or simply trying to understand what options may be available, Chris wants clients to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about their next step.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, technology, cars, and exploring everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.
Chris is also committed to being an active part of the Bentonville community. He is joining the Bentonville Chamber of Commerce.
