Jan Kirby brings decades of experience in title services, banking, bookkeeping, and office operations to the JK Home Loans team. Her deep understanding of real estate transactions and behind-the-scenes operations helps support the personalized, dependable service JK Home Loans is known for in the communities it serves.

Much of Jan’s career has been spent in a title company environment, where she served as a Closing and Title Agent coordinating real estate transactions from contract to funding. She worked closely with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to prepare and review closing documents, resolve title-related issues, and ensure each transaction was completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable requirements.

In addition to her title and closing experience, Jan has held roles as a Branch Manager, Bookkeeper, Office Manager, and Operations Coordinator. Her background includes general ledger accounting, financial statements, payroll, insurance administration, scheduling, and tax-related reporting. This broad operational experience allows her to anticipate challenges, stay highly organized, and support smooth, well-coordinated transactions for both clients and internal teams.

She values strong working relationships and takes pride in supporting clients, partners, and colleagues, helping ensure every file is handled with care, accuracy, and consistency from start to finish.
