As Loan Officer Assistant at JK Home Loans, Mitzi supports clients, lenders, and Realtor partners with a strong commitment to service, communication, and organization. She helps coordinate the mortgage process, assists with client communication, and works to help ensure a smooth and efficient experience from application to closing. Known for her attention to detail and dedication to building lasting relationships, Mitzi is committed to providing responsive, thoughtful support throughout the home financing process.

Mitzi brings a strong background in sales, team leadership, and customer service, along with a lifelong commitment to serving others and building meaningful relationships. 

With deep roots in Mississippi, where she spent most of her adult life, Mitzi values faith, family, and community. Following her retirement in June 2023, she chose Cherokee Village, Arkansas, as her future home and made the move in 2025, drawn by the area’s natural beauty, peaceful lifestyle, and close connection to the rivers, springs, and lakes that make this community so special. 

She is the proud mother of two adult sons and grandmother to three grandchildren. She enjoys serving in her church and spending time with friends and family.
