Sarah Humphrey is proud to serve the Cave City community she has called home her entire life. Born and raised in Cave City, Sarah brings a strong sense of local connection, trust, and commitment to her role at JK Home Loans.

Sarah has been married to her husband for 25 years, and together they have two sons. In addition to her professional background, she understands firsthand the importance of organization, communication, and balance that comes with managing a busy household—often jokingly referred to as being the “family CEO.” This experience has strengthened her ability to multitask, problem-solve, and keep things running smoothly, even when priorities compete.

With more than 15 years of experience in education, Sarah brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others succeed. Her background in education has equipped her to explain complex information clearly, guide individuals through new processes, and provide steady support—skills that translate naturally into the mortgage lending field.

Now transitioning into mortgage lending, Sarah is excited to build meaningful relationships and support clients through one of life’s most important milestones—homeownership. She looks forward to working closely with borrowers, answering questions, and helping make the loan process as smooth, organized, and positive as possible.
